Why Outbound and Return Get Separate Confirmations

Your outbound trip has a known pickup address and a departure flight time you control. Your return trip depends on an arrival time that isn't finalized until you're actually flying home — subject to delays, gate changes, or even a different flight if your trip changes. What to Book at the Start

• Outbound: pickup address, date, time, destination airport/terminal, flight number
• Return: arrival airport/terminal, expected date, and flight number once you have it — even a placeholder booking with your travel dates helps dispatch plan

What to Confirm Closer to Your Return Date

• Final flight number and airline for the return leg
• Any change in passenger count or luggage
• Drop-off address, if different from where you were picked up (a different family member's home, a hotel, etc.)
